Ali gave me great advice & tips but was never pushy, it felt more like I was guided to the right choices for me. Being accountable every 2 weeks was a great motivator and kept my goals at the forefront of my mind.
The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been Confidence & Belief in myself. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been my attitude towards food. It was always a crutch and I would write off a week of healthy eating by having one bar of chocolate! I now understand what is fuel and what is not good for me and how the not so good makes me feel.
As a Coach, I would describe Ali as Empowering, Inspiring, Encouraging. Ali has been a great source of support, a cheerleader who wants you to succeed. You are accountable for your choices but when you fall off the wagon she is there to help you back up and gives you the tools to help yourself the next time it happens. Ali has been like a big sister, gently guiding you and giving you so much support & advice. Nothing ever felt silly to discuss and having the time every fortnight was such a great personal support.
I would recommend Ali to anyone who feels they want to make a real & tangible change in their lives. This is a whole health focus, not just what you ate or what exercise you do…the holistic approach which explored mindfulness & meditation takes a whole different approach and the results are far deeper than anything I have ever done before. So yes, not a quick fix crash diet- but a total game changing life enhancement programme which will change you!
