Adam - From rock bottom to King of the World! By working with me as his Health Coach, Adam faced his fears and overcame depression, anorexia and a low self esteem. We used techniques that enabled him to be brave enough to go back to university - where the depression started - and then go on to win the Taekwando National Championships!
